One Idea:

I can’t get no satisfaction.  Ever wonder why it is so difficult to feel fully satisfied?  I often think I should feel 100% satisfied, Wife, Family, Friends, Home, cars, stuff etc. So – what is it?

4 areas tapping our satisfaction include – 

1. Hedonic Treadmill – we always want more. Stuff is like a drug, get initial high, then fades away, only needing more to return to similar high.  Buy a boat, only to want one 2 feet longer.
2. Look to Left & to the Right – that’s right, all those you are comparing yourself to, do they have more, travel more, look better, fitter, dress nicer?  Keep looking, they Probably got something you want. 
3. Unrealistic Expectations – More now than ever, as we compare ourselves via social media to the best of everyone globally.  It’s now wonder our expectations get a little crazy – no matter how fit or wealthy – always someone fitter & wealthier to make you feel dissatisfied.
4. Not living in the Present – Rather than gratitude right now, we drift to future, next promotion or regrets of the past, both killing our satisfaction buzz.
