One Idea:
Many of us define a good life as meeting the expectations around you. Expectations such as education, family, social circles, what we wear and how we look, what we say and how we say it, where we live and what career we choose. A deep rooted feeling of not having permission to live the life you want or fearful to step outside these expectations & risk the safety it provides.
Ignore living the life you want long enough, and your dreams will go away. (ie. just like ignoring your teeth, eventually they disappear).

Has fear or others expectations prevented you from making a change you “feel” you need to make?
One Exercise:
This week, create some quiet time to think and reflect. Set the phone down, and be quiet. Quiet your inner voice, and listen without judgement to your inner thoughts and feelings. Let them come & go, no need to dissect and analyze, but just take note of them. What are you saying to yourself?
