What can you accomplish if you focus on just One Idea? (my bet more than if “focused” on 100.)

One Exercise:

Take action on the answer to One Question this week.  Write it down, record when accomplish, and reflect/journal feeling when complete.  

Small insights converted into action week over week lead to big improvement.  Every tiny step becomes a LEAP.
